Oil & Gas Limited was incorporated
in 1995 in furtherance of the diversification
programme of the Honeywell Group. The
Group has investments and has made a
name for itself, with over twenty (20)
years experience in Engineering, Real
Estate, Power Generation, Manufacturing
and Commerce.
After necessary viability studies of
the energy sector of the economy, the
decision to invest in the downstream
petroleum business was hinged on the
staying power of the industry, the dependency
of the economy on it and the sustained
good performance profile of most of
the forerunners - the multinationals
and the indigenous companies alike.
