BUSINESS OPERATION
Among others, the main objects of Honeywell Oil & Gas Ltd are:
• To carry out activities in the energy sector of the Economy – redistribution of refined products procured from NNPC or imported.
• To manufacture and sell lubricants and chemicals. The products are already being sold to the industrial customers in drums. The retail packs are already being sold too.
• To develop facilities, depots, plants infrastructure, for the manufacture, distribution and marketing of petroleum products and chemicals
• To develop retail outlet network and associated facilities for the sale of petroleum products.
• To engage in Bunkering and other Marine related business operations
• To engage in the Coastal transportation of petroleum products.
Honeywell Oil & Gas Limited also markets wide range of Esso lubricants Kingdom and Chemicals from Nalco/Exxon Energy Chemicals Inc. U.S.A. Our experience, enhanced by the international reputation of Esso (Exxon), ensures that our products meet International standards.
° Water treatment chemicals (ONDEO NALCO) for sewage, boiler, cooling tower etc and other cleaning chemicals.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
Honeywell Oil & Gas Limited provides technical and after sales services/support for our customers at no extra costs. These include:
• Periodic visit by the technical team
• Plant Analysis
- Lubrication Survey
- Lubrication Charts
• Trouble Shooting with cost saving recommendation
• Laboratory analysis of Lubricants.
• Manpower development and training for end users – This service is available to all individual customers that use Honeywell lubricants.

QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
As part of our service package, we undertake Product Quality and Environmental Awareness Workshop/Courses for relevant Engineering Personnel. This is done with the aim of enriching their knowledge in terms of Lubricant and Chemicals Quality and Handling, Personnel Safety and Environmental Protection.

COASTAL TRANSPORTATION OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
Honeywell Oil & Gas Limited has two vessels, MT Ebony of 3,200MT Capacity and MT Ivory of 3,500MT Capacity. The two vessels have been active in the coastal transportation of petroleum products for major marketers in the past two years.

The company hires out its vessels MT Ebony and MT Ivory to various oil marketers to lift petroleum products within the Nigerian coastal waters and along the West African coast. Our clientele consists of Multinational Oil Companies and indigenous oil marketing companies.

RETAIL OUTLETS
The company presently has two retail outlets: one along Shagamu – Benin Expressway and the other at Ilaro, opposite Federal Polytechnic Ilaro. We plan to acquire and build more outlets at Western, Eastern and Northern Parts of Nigeria. It is hoped that our outlets shall increase to 10 by December 2003.

STORAGE TANK FACILITIES
For competitive advantage, the company has a 12,000MT capacity Tank Farm strategically located at Lillypond, Ijora, Apapa. From this facility, the company is positioned to meet adequately our industrial and retail petroleum distribution functions.
The Honeywell Terminal consists of three tanks of capacity of 2000MT of DPK (Kerosene), 5000MT AGO (Diesel) and 5000MT PMS (Petrol). This facility is presently being expanded to 26,000MT.

LUBE PLANT
Plans are also at an advanced stage to build a lube blending plant where blending activities would be carried out. The rationale behind this is to strategically position the Company to be inward-looking and self-sufficient.
The lube oil blending plant shall provide sourcing for meeting the lubricant needs of industrial concerns within the country.
